What is a Business Mindset?
A business mindset is a way of thinking that understands your actions contribute to your
success. This mindset is consistently seeking ways to improve and turn them into actionable
solutions. It is taking initiative without waiting for instructions from a Boss. It’s about
generating ideas that you can put into action. A business mindset understands you must
eliminate time wasting actions that produce no results, persist through setbacks and learn
from failures all the while you are seeking competitive advantages.

What is a Time Management?
Time management is the process of planning, organizing, and controlling how you spend
your time to increase productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness. Your time is a
limited resource and it is critical you make the best use of it. Understand, it is how you
spend your time, based on the actions you have determined, that will lead you to success
or failure.
Time management requires setting clear goals, determining your actions and creating a
schedule that lays out those actions you have determined will lead you to success.
Think what would your perfect day and put those actions on your daily Time Management
schedule. Be mindful you can adjust your schedule as needed once you determine if what
you are doing is effective or an ineffective use of your time. Minimizing distractions is so
important for your success.
