Time Management ‘Create Your Perfect Day’

1: Determine what time your workday begins and what time it will end.
2: Determine what Actions to Take Each Day
3: Put these Actions on Your Time Management Schedule

Example:
You have determined your workday will be 8AM to 6PM
You have determined what actions will best lead you to Success.
Now, Put those Actions on Your Time Management Schedule

8-9     Best Action for this hour
9-10     Best Action for this hour
10-11     Best Action for this hour
11-12     Best Action for this hour
12-1     Power Lunch
1-2     Best Action for this hour
2-3     Best Action for this hour
3-4     Best Action for this hour
4-5     Best Action for this hour
5-6     Best Action for this hour

This is your Perfect Day Plan, but in Real Estate, change is part of the Business.
If you have Prospect for listings scheduled between 2-3 and a client calls and wants to look
at a property at 2, that’s what you do. Say you return at 5, then do the action that is most
effective between 5-6. The next day go back to your Time Management Schedule and start
over.
