1) COMMISSION: On a listing or Sale, the Agent receives 80% of the
commission until the Agent reaches the cap for that year.
Then the Agent earns 100% commission.
2) REFERRAL BONUSES: Our Agents receive Bonuses up to $8,000.00 per year
for each Agent they refer (recruit) to Waldrip Real Estate.
NOW, here is how we are DIFFERENT. Not all Brokerages offer an Agent Referral Program, but those that do use
a ‘tiered’ model, which means that if you, the Agent, referred (recruited) an
Agent to that Brokerage, you have to share your recruiting money with
other Agents. WE ARE DIFFERENT. With our Referral Program, you don’t
have to share with other agents. It is your money. Up to $8,000 per year for
each agent, you recruit.
