A real estate team is a group of agents and employees with skills to close more deals. It’s important you need to review the pros and cons to decide if it is right for you. You need to possess leader skills to make the team successful. A team means having people who can help you be more successful. Having the right people who can help you means having more time for your personal life or having the wrong people can drain you. In a team, having more people working on finding leads can bring in more clients for everyone. REMEMBER: You have to divide the commission that could result in less money for you.

-Study the different ways to build a team and determine what works for you. -Talk with Broker to know the rules on starting a team and understand how much money you will get from each transaction. -Decide how you will structure the team. –Set clear goals for potential Team Members including responsibilities of each Team Member. Each team member should have unique strengths.
